Q: Why do I see 4 different BOL's for my job on the List of Documents page?
A: As the consignee for a job, you may find it necessary to send a different format of the Bill of Lading to your business partners such as the Shipper. During the creation of the initial Bill of Lading, we jointly determine the format of the Bill of Lading that you will receive. If you instruct Tropical that you require the Freighted detail format, then you will see all four formats (non-freighted, summary, totals only, detailed) on the web site. Defining any format other than freighed detail, then you will only see the one format of the Bill of Lading on the web site. Return To Top
