General Rate Increase for Caribbean Interisland Shipments

Due to the increasing cost of non fuel related operational expenses, our ability to sustain and invest in the service you have come to expect has been impacted.

In order to continue to provide the highest quality, on-time shipping services, effective August 7, 2011, Tropical Shipping will implement a General Rate Increase (GRI) for shipments between Puerto Rico, Nassau, Freeport, Marsh Harbour, Providenciales, Grand Turk, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Antigua, Anguilla, Dominica, St. Barths, St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Maarten, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, St. Lucia, St. Vincent or Trinidad.

This increase will apply to all tariff and service contract rates for dry and refrigerated cargo.
