April 19, 2007 -- Tropical strives to provide it’s customers with the on-time arrivals and schedule integrity that we have delivered to The Bahamas and the Caribbean for more than 40 years. Due to the dredging project in Crown Bay Port, St. Thomas, several of our sailing schedules have been adversely effected. In order to continue to provide the greatest schedule reliability and to ensure that our customers receive their cargo on time, Tropical announces the following temporary changes to our sailing schedules for St. Thomas, USVI, Tortola, BVI and St. Maarten, N.A.

Effective May 7, 2007, Tropical’s Friday departure from the Port of Palm Beach will arrive in St. Thomas Tuesday, versus the current arrival on Monday night. The Friday departure from the Port of Palm Beach calling Tortola will arrive on Wednesday versus the current arrival on Tuesday. Finally, the Friday departure from the Port of Palm Beach calling St. Maarten will now arrive Thursday morning as opposed to the current Wednesday arrival. This new schedule will be temporary or until the dredging project in St. Thomas has concluded.
