Updated Sailing Schedule Changes from the Port of Tampa

August 30, 2011--

Thompson Line remains committed to providing the highest quality, on-time shipping services destined for the Cayman Islands.  The combined effect of Hurricane Irene and vessels entering dry dock for scheduled routine maintenance has delayed the return to regular direct service from the Port of Tampa to the Cayman Islands.  Please be advised that the return to regular direct service previously announced for September 6, 2011 has been postponed until September 27, 2011.

Throughout September, cargo destined for the Cayman Islands can be trucked from the Port of Tampa to the Port of Palm Beach.  Cargo will then sail to the Cayman Islands on the regularly scheduled sailings.

Regular direct service from the Port of Tampa to the Cayman Islands will resume on Tuesday, September 27, 2011.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; every effort has been made to provide sufficient notice in order for our valued customers to plan their shipments accordingly.

Thompson Line values the close customer relationships it has built throughout its 15-year history. Thank you for choosing Thompson Line as your carrier of choice to the Cayman Islands.
