Tropical Inter-Island Service from Dominican Republic to Begin April 27
April 7, 2006 -- As part of Tropical Shipping's commitment to the Caribbean, we are pleased to announce Inter-Island service from Santo Domingo (Caucedo), Dominican Republic to San Juan, Puerto Rico; the U.S. and British Virgin Islands; and the Eastern Caribbean will commence on April 27, 2006. Originally scheduled to begin on February 16, service was delayed in order to ensure that Topical could deliver the high-quality, on-time shipping services our customers have come to expect.
The Port of Caucedo is located about 15 miles from the capital city of Santo Domingo. Our new service will provide the highest quality, on-time shipping services to and from the Dominican Republic.
