In keeping with these commitments, and as previously announced, we have completed the move of your LCL cargo to our new South Florida receiving facilities.

We are pleased to confirm the date for the move of FCL cargo to the Port of Palm Beach.

Effective Tuesday, June 1, 2010, Thompson Line’s service to the Cayman Islands will begin sailing from the Port of Palm Beach. We will continue to provide twice per week direct sailings, departing from the Port of Palm Beach every Tuesday and Thursday, to arrive in Grand Cayman every Thursday and Saturday, providing a consistent two-day transit.

All FCL shipper-loaded containers for which Tropical provides the trucking will be automatically picked up to be delivered to the Port of Palm Beach effective with the Tuesday, June 1, 2010, departure. Customers that independently coordinate their FCL trucking must direct all deliveries to the Port of Palm Beach.

All vehicles, boats and large machinery as well as FCL cargo transloads must be delivered to the Port of Palm Beach effective with the June 1 departure. Provided below is a list of our FCL South Florida receiving locations and operating hours.
