Tropical Implements Changes to Puerto Plata Service
October 26, 2009 -- In an effort to meet the growing transportation needs of our customers in the Dominican Republic during this busy season, Tropical Shipping will be adding a second weekly northbound sailing from Puerto Plata to the Port of Palm Beach. Effective November 3, 2009 Tropical Shipping will depart Puerto Plata on Tuesday and arrive at the Port of Palm Beach on Friday. This is in addition to our current northbound sailing that departs on Saturday from Puerto Plata and arrives at the Port of Palm Beach on Tuesday. The last departure for Tropical’s second weekly northbound sailing will be Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
