Labor Day Holiday Announcements
Tropical Shipping Recognizes the Labor Day Holiday in the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands
August 20, 2010 -- In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Tropical Shipping's U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico terminals and offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010. The Monday departures from the Port of Palm Beach to Freeport and Nassau, Bahamas will sail as scheduled. The midweek sailing from the Port Palm Beach to Freeport will depart on Wednesday afternoon arriving in Freeport on Thursday morning.

Please note, frozen and chilled, LCL cargo destined for Nassau the week of September 6 will sail on Thursday, September 9 instead of Tuesday September 7. Cargo should be delivered to Port of Palm Beach on Wednesday, September 8.
If you are located in the U.S. Virgin Islands and are expecting cargo delivery on Monday, please contact our local office in St. Croix and (340) 778-8767 or St. Thomas at (340) 776-8767 to make the necessary pre-clearance arrangements.
