The US Coast Guard has declared condition Yankee, at 1300 today, for the ports in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
The Tropical Shipping vessel arrivals to the following ports will be delayed at least 24 hours: US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands and South America Ports.
