Monday, November 24, 2025: Freeport, Marsh Harbour.
Tuesday, November 25, 2025: Freeport, Nassau, Grand Cayman, Providenciales, Puerto Plata.
Wednesday, November 26, 2025: Freeport, St. Thomas, St. John, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, St. Maarten,
St. Eustatius, Dominica, Antigua, St. Kitts, Nevis, St. Vincent, Caucedo.
Thursday, November 27, 2025: Nassau, Anguilla, Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, St. Barth’s, St. Croix,
St. Lucia, Suriname, Trinidad. The Freeport sailing will be postponed to Friday.
Friay, November 28, 2025: Freeport, Grand Cayman, Belize, Providenciales, Grand Turk, South Caicos, St. Thomas, St. John, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, St. Maarten, Caucedo.
Sunday, November 30, 2024: Nassau.
INLAND TRANSPORTATION:
Trucking will operate as normal and will spot and pick-up containers on Monday, November 24, 2025, and Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
Trucking will only PICK-UP containers on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Normal trucking operations will resume to spot and pick-up containers on Friday, November 28, 2025.
There will only be an incoming train on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
There will only be an outgoing train on Friday, November 28, 2025.
The gate will close Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at midnight and reopen Friday November 28, 2025, at 2:00 am.
CARGO RECEIVING – Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container-Load (LCL)
The West Palm Beach and Miami Warehouses will operate as normal (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) on Wednesday, November 26, 2024.
The West Palm Beach and Miami Warehouses will reopen on Friday, November 28th and receive cargo from 8:00 am – 12 Noon.
Palm Beach Cold Storage (for LCL Refrigerated Cargo receiving) will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
Containers sailing on Thursday November 27, 2025, and Friday November 28, 2025, must ingate by Wednesday November 26, 2025, at 10:00 pm.
Containers sailing November 30, 2025, must ingate by Friday November 28, 2025, at 10:00 pm.
Bonded full container load cargo must be validated by Customs. It is imperative that Tropical Shipping receives the cargo and documents prior to the cut-offs listed below.
All Hazardous Cargo and documents MUST be received 48 hours prior to regular cut-offs.
