Trop Air Checklist

• Complete the Trop Air Booking Request form and email it to TropAir@tropical.com. A customer service representative will contact you to create a booking and schedule cargo pickup.
• Label your cargo with all of the following information to facilitate immediate movement of your cargo:
  • Consignee name and address
  • Booking Number (this will be provided by customer care)
  • Print the words “Air Freight” on the packaging.
• Paperwork Requirement
  • The commercial invoice should include the booking number and the words “Air Freight”
  • Affix the invoice to the cargo and email a copy to TropAir@tropical.com.
• Deliver your cargo (or have it delivered) to a Tropical Shipping location. *Pre-Booking required.
