How to Ship Relief Cargo

If you are shipping cargo, it may be Less Than Container Load (LCL) or a Full Container Load (FCL).   LCL cargo may be one package or many packages while FCL is a full container of cargo.

If you are shipping LCL cargo click on this link and it will provide you information for shipping.  (link here)   You may drop your cargo off at one of our LCL facilities that is listed on the link or you may need inland transportation to pick up your cargo from your location and have it delivered to our LCL facility. For all cargo shipping to the Bahamas and Caribbean, you may call our Customer care line at 800-638-8767 for assistance.  If you are shipping to Puerto Rico please call 800-696-9949.

If you are shipping FCL cargo you will need to work through one of the approved relief agencies listed on this page.  Your cargo will need to be consigned to the relief agency.  They will provide you with information that you will need to provide to us to process your booking for shipping your cargo.  Once you have contacted the relief agency and obtained your information you may call us at 800-367-6200 for cargo shipping to the Bahamas and Caribbean and for cargo shipping to Puerto Rico, call 800-696-9949. 

If you are shipping FCL cargo, please complete as much of the information that you can on our booking request form (link here)   You may email it to us at Customercare@Tropical.com and a Customer Care Representative will contact you or you can call us at one of the above numbers and the information you have on the booking request form will expedite your booking.
