In observance of the holidays, Tropical Shipping offices, Port of Palm Beach terminal and the Miami, West Palm Beach and New Jersey LCL Cargo Facilities will be closed Tuesday, 24th at noon, Wednesday, 25, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
As a result, please view the changes to our vessel schedule, cargo and documentation cut-off times during the holiday weeks listed below. (Because bonded full container load cargo must be validated by Customs, it is imperative that Tropical Shipping receives the cargo and documents prior to the cut-offs listed below).
Due to the Holiday weeks, please note the following cargo and documentation cut-off changes:
- FCL Documentation cut-offs for the Monday, December 23, 2019, Tuesday December 24, 2019, Monday December 30, 2019 and Tuesday December 31, 2019 sailings are the prior Friday by noon.
- FCL cargo sailing on Mondays of each week are to be in the Port by 2pm Monday afternoon
- FCL cargo sailing on Tuesdays of each week are to be in the Port by 10pm Monday night
- LCL Cargo and Documentation cut-offs for the Monday 23, 2019, Tuesday 24, 2019, Monday 30, 2019 and Tuesday 31, 2019 sailings for Riviera Beach and Miami Warehouses are as follows:
- Friday, December 20th by 12 Noon for the December 23rd and 24th sailings
- Friday, December 27th by 12 Noon for the December 30th and 31st sailings
- Cut-offs for Nassau LCL refrigerated cargo sailing Thursday, December 26, 2019 and January 2, 2020 are the prior Friday by noon.
- Cut-offs for Marsh Harbour LCL refrigerated cargo sailing Thursday, December 26, 2019 and January 2, 2020 are the prior Friday by 3PM.
