Tropical Shipping Announces a New Documentation Charge for Manually Uploaded Documents for all Full Load Containers (FCL) Effective April 2, 2023

As part of our commitment to the customers and the communities we serve, Tropical Shipping strives to deliver the best competitive transportation value and continuously works to make it as easy as possible to do business with us.

Due to the rising costs to manually upload documentation, effective April 2, 2023. Tropical Shipping will implement a $10.00 per document charge for all Full Container Load (FCL) documents and invoices that are sent or emailed to Tropical Shipping for Tropical Shipping to manually upload.

Our eServices portal allows registered customers to manage their cargo and to upload their documents. Uploading documentation is quick and easy and helps to reduce errors and delays caused by lost or misplaced documents. 

There is no charge for documents that are uploaded by the customer through our e-Services portal.
